When you make a purchase: Stripe collects your name, email address, and payment information on our behalf. We receive your name and email but never see or store your full credit card number.
During your consult: You may share personal stories, names, memories, and other details to help us produce your song. We use this information solely to create your song.
When you visit our website: We may use basic analytics (page views, referral source) to understand how visitors find us. We do not use advertising trackers or sell visitor data.
We do not use your information for marketing unless you explicitly opt in. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
The personal stories, memories, and details you share during your consult are treated as confidential. We will never publish, share, or use your story publicly without your written permission. If we ever wish to use your song as a demo or testimonial, we will ask you first.

We retain your contact information and order details for as long as needed to deliver your song and handle any follow-up (revisions, refunds). Song production files are retained for up to 12 months after delivery in case you request changes, then securely deleted.

Our website uses minimal or no cookies. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising. If third-party embeds (fonts, analytics) set cookies, they are governed by those services' policies.
