These terms govern your purchase and use of services from Say It With A Song, operated by betterQuo LLC ("we," "us," "our"), a Texas limited liability company doing business in Central Florida.
When you purchase through our website, you are booking:
After payment, you will receive a link to schedule your consult at a time that works for you. During the consult, we listen to your story, ask questions, and gather what we need to produce your song. The finished song is delivered digitally within 3 business days of the consult.
The introductory price of $49 is available to the first 25 customers only. After all introductory spots are claimed, the standard price of $149 applies. The introductory price may be changed or discontinued at any time without notice.
Our promise: If the finished song doesn't meet your expectations, we will revise it until it does. If after a good-faith revision effort we still cannot reach a result you're happy with, we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
This guarantee covers the production, the music, and the final delivered song.
No refunds will be issued after you have approved the final song or 30 days after delivery, whichever comes first.
All refunds are processed through Stripe and returned to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
At the introductory price ($49): You receive a personal-use license. You may keep, share, gift, and play the song privately or at personal events (weddings, memorials, birthdays, etc.). betterQuo LLC retains the underlying composition and production rights.
You may not commercially distribute, license, sell, or upload the song to music streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.) without a separate written agreement.

If you do not schedule a consult within 30 days of purchase, your booking may expire and no refund will be issued.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. All transactions are subject to Stripe's terms of service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, betterQuo LLC's total liability for any claim related to this service is limited to the amount you paid for your purchase. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
